Meditation

Meditation exposes the divine energy within you to.awaken your inner self, merge and lead your life in harmony with the universal energy. The end result is that your thought, deeds and action are absorbed by everyone achieving balance in leading yourself and others around you.

Guru Sri. Shangaranarayanan (Sankarji)  is a Raja Yogi who has been in practice for the past 45 years, Sankarji helps demystify the process of self-realization through his training. It requires one to merge with the Creator (Creative energy) instead being the created and attract energy thus blocking one’s progression towards self-realization. His life mission to make more “Masters in this universe” aligns very well with WINGS ethos’ of “Unleashing the leader in you…”

Dance

Art has the ability to influence so many people and to do so much good. Shivani uses her dance and art as a way to speak out many issues, specifically those affecting women. Her belief in empowering women to reach their fullest potential can be seen through her teaching style in her dance school and performances.

On Dec 9, Shivani will be performing a piece, “Sita’s Ramayan”. Diwali is celebrated as the day Prince Ram came home after defeating the demon Ravana. The story of Ram, Lakshman, and Sita told through the point of view of the woman in the story, Sita.
