- Ensure my protégé has a specific goal, and work on a plan to ensure that goal is realized
- Help Protégé to discover her potential
- Motivate others in my community to be Chief Change Agents by setting an example of stewardship
- Develop protégé to become a change agent herself
- Open doors for opportunities to thrive
- Clearly articulate measurable goals to achieve within the next year

How It Works
- Mobilize 101 “Chief Change Agents”- women and men thought and industry leaders - who are SUCCESSFUL in their own right and want to pay-it-forward
- Engage each of the 101 Chief Change Agents to commit to mentor, ignite, and unshackle the leadership potential of his/her woman protégé
- Enable Chief Change Agents with a wealth of online resources such as best practices, workshops, and seminars
- Chief Change Agent identifies his or her Protégé and has initial conversation with her to set clear expectations
- Launch the #101Women protégés into the work place and community with PURPOSE and VISION
