How long is the WINGS Signature program?

The WINGS for Growth mentoring program will run for 7 months.

How are the mentees selected?

The Mentees must satisfy the WINGS for Growth criteria and answer a detailed questionnaire on their objectives and goals using our online form. The Mentee's response to the questionnaire will be evaluated and scored using a weighted scoring model, and selected candidates will be invited for the interview as a next step. The final list of candidates will be announced after the interview.

Who should apply?

Participating in a digital detox can be as simple as setting aside specific times to unplug from your devices each day. Join our programs and events for structured guidance, practical tips, and support from a community of like-minded individuals committed to achieving digital balance.

You are on the path of moving to the next level
You can commit 10 hours per month for 7 months to learn
You have opportunities to practice leadership at work every day (Not as an individual contributor)
You have a manager who is a sponsor and is willing to provide feedback at work.
You can maintain sight of your goals even when challenges arise.
You can remain fully committed to the program despite busy work schedules.
You are motivated to become a leader, have a sense of what it means to lead, and can articulate why this is a personal aspiration.
You can articulate what you want to accomplish from this program and demonstrate commitment.
You have a growth mindset and a good work ethic.

Do I need to be sponsored by my company?

No, you can sponsor yourself as long as you can pay the program fee in full before the program starts.

Do I get to choose my Mentor?

No WINGS will assign a team of Mentors based on your Goals and Objectives. WINGS has its proprietary pairing process, which has been tested over a decade and is very impactful.

Is the program virtual or online?

The entire program is virtual. The whole cohort attends graduation in person in NY.
