In the session on how to be a Role Model, participants will

1. Learn how transformational leadership is relevant to business outcomes

2. Learn which behaviors are most consequential for being transformational

3. Learn how to take action and use tools to become an influential transformative leader

4. Experiment with tools to improve transformational leadership ability in a middle management context

In the session on how to be a Problem Solver, participants will

1. Learn how decision making is relevant to solving problems as leaders

2.  Learn how one’s own individual mix of personality, emotions, and moods inform and shape decisions

3. Learn how to take action and use tools to develop situational decision-making competence

4.  Experiment with tools to improve good decision making in a middle management context
